Healthy Vs. Skinny: The Truth

There are a lot of unhealthy ways to lose weight. I’m sure you know the ways. Unfortunately, there are a lot of bad things that can happen to you when you lose weight the wrong way like losing your ability to swallow properly and having gross breath. Gross!

1. You can cut out all the junk food in your life and replace it with good food like veggies and stuff like that. Go to the market to get food and not the local fast food joint. 3. Another thing you could do is eat only when you are hungry and try not to become a snack-aholic. I know it’s easy to become one during finals week, but trust me, you’ll go home this spring looking like a heifer if you do.

4. Or you can get your freak on more – having lots of sex will keep you fit and healthy, but be sure to wear a condom!

Fortunately, there is a lot you can do to prevent yourself from becoming a fatty, but one of the most important things to realize is that you have to be comfortable with yourself. Being skinny doesn’t mean everything. Being healthy does.
